We have been advised by our payment provider that this issue has now been resolved. Any American Express payments can now be registered on your Account, sorry for any inconvenience caused.
We have been advised through our payment provider that AMEX (American Express) are experiencing technical problems and are unable to process some transactions.
Because of this issue some of our customers may have received a failed payment notification this morning. As a result of any "Failed" response from our payment provider, in accordance with our security policy, WhosOff automatically removes any card reference from your WhosOff account.
Please Note: This will not affect the use of your WhosOff account, and we will keep you posted (via this post) when AMEX have resolved this issue.
