The Jordon Group are a family run and owned (est. 1965) company, working across multiple disciplines in the Shopfitting, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning industry sectors, with approx. 90 employees working in the UK.
Prior to using WhosOff, we used spreadsheets to manage staff leave, which was a lifes work for a member of staff.
We needed a system that was visible to all employees, to save them calling up to see how many days they had left and to book holidays.
We found WhosOff via searching online, and were attracted by the functionality of the system. Since starting with WhosOff, we have saved a minimum of 4 hours per week and the price of mulitple phone calls to mobile phones, on top of this we have also ensured no departments are left short of staff.
