As on online delivered platform, WhosOff is paid for as a rolling monthly subscription. Payment can be made online, by registering credit or debit card details, which allows our separate payment provider (GlobalPayments) to collect each month's invoice automatically.
INVOICE AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE
WhosOff invoices are raised on the last working day of each month (for that month's usage) and payment is collected on the 15th of the following month, from the registered payment card. As soon as invoices are raised, they can be downloaded by any super user as follows;
- Click Administration on the Left Hand menu
- Click on Admin Dashboard
- On the resulting screen, under the Payments section, click View / Print invoices
- By default, all invoices for this year will appear but you can use the date filters at the top to search for invoices from a specific period
- Click Print Invoice on the right, in line with the relevant invoice and this will open in a new tab
- You can then print or save the invoice.
REGISTER CARD DETAILS
To enter new card details;
- Click Administration on the Left Hand menu
- Click on Admin Dashboard
- On the resulting screen, under the Payments section, click Billing & payment setup
- Click the Payment tab on the left (you will see the last 4 digits and expiry date of the card currently registered, where applicable)
- Using the Card registration section, enter the new card details and click Register card.
