A Second and a Third Notifier can be used in WhosOff for information purposes relating to Leave Requests. They are copied in on the Staff Members leave requests, but cannot take action on them.
In order to set someone up as a Notifier they first need to be set as an Approver or Super User (we would advise the number of Super Users should be kept to a minimum) . Although they are setup as an Approver they do not need to be set to Approve for anyone.
