In WhosOff, Company Alerts allow you to inform your staff of important information regarding the management of leave an overtime. These show as messages at the top of the Dashboard page, and also appear under the Notifications icon (?) at the top right of every page. Alerts will be visible to any user who logs in on the web platform, but will not appear on users' mobile apps.

To set up a company alert you must be a super user;

  • Login to your WhosOff account 
  • Click on Administration on the Left Hand menu
  • Click on Alerts
  • Then click on Add Alert
  • On the resulting page, enter a Title for the alert
  • Choose the Start and End date - the alert will only appear on the system between these dates
  • Enter the Message, this is the body of the alert.
  • Finally, click Save changes.
