Clearswift have been using WhosOff since December 2008 managing approx. 180 employees from their base in Reading, Berkshire, UK.
Prior to engaging in WhosOff the company used to manage their staff leave with a paper based system that was then entered manually onto a HR system. This caused some efficiency problems for Clearswift so they decided to seek out a new way of managing their leave. The new system would have to be online in order for their leave to be managed from any location in the world.
After being recommended WhosOff by another company, Clearswift were attracted to WhosOff because it was an online system that allowed staff within their six departments to request leave without the need for paper intervention. The ease of use and functionality available within WhosOff has been very popular throughout the company and the "countless hours of admin time" that have been saved with WhosOff can only be seen as a positive for any company.
As a result of the successful implementation of WhosOff within Clearswift, the company have already recommended the service to other business to allow them to feel the benefit that Clearswift have already achieved.
