Generic Mobile App - More features
Any users that have used the generic WhosOff mobile app at https://m.whosoff.com will know it's been behind the times compared to our iOS and Android apps. Not any more! As of today we've published a large amount of updates to m.whosoff.com service including the Staff Hub, User management and more.
New feature - Community
Ever feel like you've got a question that you wish you could ask the larger HR community? Or want to contribute to the WhosOff Road Map? Well, now you can. Just visit the Community area inside your WhosOff application and join, or start, the conversation you've been wanting to have. Limit conversations to your user level, or to just your company. Minor updates
Across the board of WhosOff apps, we've updated the Left To Book values to include Carryover values. On top of this we've also excluded any expired carryover from the values. Other updates include adjustments to login behaviours,

Staff Managament via Mobile Apps
For those users who are always on the move, or just prefer to use the Mobile Apps, we've introduced the Staff Management area of WhosOff to the iOS and Android apps. Setup new users, adjust balances, tweak approver settings, all this and more are now available from today.

Additional approver options
For those who need to assign more than one approver to a staff member, or perhaps you have one approver for leave and one for overtime. Maybe you need to assign two leave approvers in case one is actually on leave when requests come in, this is all now possible.
Yearly visual calendar
Checkout the calendar view in My Leave, on in the Reports > Yearly Leave area. The new calendar gives a visual overview of your, or your staff members leave across the year. Any working labels associated with the working week are also shown on the calendar.
Clearer cross-year bookings
For anyone booking across years we've made some tweaks to make entries in your leave area appear clearer, showing what the leave entry period covers, as well as how much of that leave request applies to the current year.
All-staff and yearly allowance reports
These two reports have been re-shaped to provide clearer information relative to the report you are looking at. The yearly allowance reports now provide full detail of the leave breakdown figures for the year in question.
Minimum duration on leave types
You may already be using the Maximum Consecutive Days option available within leave types. Now, we have updated this area so you can supply a minimum duration on certain leave types. For example, you may only allow staff members to book Long Term Leave that is 14 days or more, this is now possible and is all handled for you.
Webhooks with WhosOff
A popular topic in the world of connecting business systems and workflows. You can now set your WhosOff account to connect to a third party when an event occurs, such as a leave request being made, or approved, or a staff member requests some time in lieu.

Always on the go? Now you can onboard new staff members using the iOS and Android apps, saving you time whilst on the move.

Yearly carryover - Optional expiry date
Optional - Set deadlines for unused carried over leave to expire. Use it or lose it.
Daily working labels - WFH, Remote, Office, Training and more
Tag working and non-working days for staff members to help identify staff locations, from Working From Home, Training, Travelling, and more.
Clearer allowances
Instantly see how your leave is broken down from opening and remaining balances, how much additional leave has been accrued, and a clearer 'Available to book' value.
Public holiday imports by state/region
From countries which support import by State or Region, these are now optional when setting up your public holidays within WhosOff.
Concurrent request blocking
If you need to block concurrent leave requests in the system to stop users breaching your company policy, this is now an option.
Tougher password and lockout options
Two new options have been added to your company settings: Enforce extended password policy and lockout policy. Both options provide additional security on your account, but are optional.
