BRAND NEW APP UPDATE NOW AVAILABLE
Here at WhosOff, we wanted to give you more of the great content that you can access on our web application, from anywhere on your mobile. The dashboard shows more content at a glance, highlighting your next booked leave request, your remaining allowances for this year and next year, as well as any pending requests you may have within the system. The brand new navigation system allows you to access all areas that are available to you from the slide out menu, on any page. This makes it even quicker for you to get to where you want to go.
Brand New Features
We are pleased to announce some fantastic new features within the Android, iOS and mobile versions of WhosOff.
Overtime
You can now access overtime within the system. Not only can you view your overtime, you can submit a request or manage any pending requests if you are an approver within the account. Easier navigation, simple step by step approaches and a fast connection, make submitting overtime requests quicker than ever before, from anywhere on your mobile device with an internet connection.
Help and Support
Have you ever found yourself on the apps wanting to know how to achieve a particular task? Ever wanted to ask our support team a question from your mobile phone? Now you can, all from within the brand new apps. With custom designed help articles, you can easily read up how to submit requests within the system, some of which have an animated example, displaying the exact steps you need to take. Or send us a message on support and we will be sure to respond to you as soon as we can.
Edit My Details
Making quick changes to your details can now be achieved within the app, such as editing your email or setting a new password.
WhosOff Calendar
The WhosOff calendar on the web app has always been the focal point of the system, showing free days and any leave on an easy to read monthly calendar format. We are extremely proud to present the all new WhosOff calendar within the mobile applications that make viewing leave for each month a fast and simple experience for each user on the go.
We can’t wait for you to try all of these new features and hope that you enjoy using the apps as much as we enjoyed making them.
