How do I print staff leave records?

Approvers and super users can use the reports area to obtain records of staff members' leave and allowances.

There are various reports available that will allow you to get your staff leave data out of the system, the best report to run on a yearly basis would be the Breakdown report for Leave By Allowance Period.

Log in to your WhosOff account
Click Reports on the Left Hand menu
Click Reports Dashboard
Under the Breakdown section, click Leave by allowance period
Set the Date filter at the top to This year
Click Run.

This will show records for the whole company by default, but if you want to view information for a specific department or staff member, you can use the Type filter at the top. You can also choose a specific leave type, if necessary. Or, if you wanted to see the total number of days booked for each leave type, rather than a list of the individual requests, change the Show leave breakdown option to No.

The staff leave records will now be displayed and if you wish to print the report click Print Report at the top right. You can also Export the data to a .CSV or .XLSX spreadsheet.
