How do I add/update leave allowances?

Need to add or update allowances for a staff member on one of the WhosOff mobile applications Follow these simple steps. 

Adding or Updating allowances for a staff member

  • Ensure you are logged into your account
  • Tap on the Menu Toggle icon
  • From the menu, tap Admin and then Staff Management
  • Find the staff member on the list (you may want to use the filters at the top to find them more easily)
  • Tap on the staff member to expand their details, then tap the Edit Leave allowances section
  • To Update an existing allowance (if any exist for the selected user)
    • Tap on the allowance you wish to edit from the list
    • You can now update this allowance, tap Save to apply your changes, Cancel to disgard them or Delete to remove this allowance entirely
  • To Add a new allowance (when available)
    • Tap on the Add Allowance button at the top of the screen
    • Choose the Allowance year from the dropdown
    • Enter the desired Opening and Remaining values
    • Tap Add Allowance to add this to the staff member
Note: Add Allowance only allows you to add an allowance for either this year or next year, if both are already set for a user you won't see the option to add an allowance.
