Need to change someone's user level whilst using one of the WhosOff mobile applications? Follow these simple steps
Changing somone's user level
- Ensure you are logged into your account
- Tap on the Menu Toggle icon
- From the menu, tap Admin and then Staff Management
- Find the staff member on the list (you may want to use the filters at the top to find them more easily)
- Tap on the staff member to expand their details, then tap the Edit Staff details section
- Under the Account details heading, click the User type dropdown and select the desired user level.
- To apply your changes tap Save details.
